Lakeland City Baseball plays at two baseball facilities owned and maintained by the City of Lakeland.

Peterson Park is a baseball-only complex consisting of 4 Little League-size fields and 2 Tee Ball fields. Lake Bonny Park is a multi-purpose sports complex with 2 regulation-size baseball fields. All are kept in top shape by the city of Lakeland Parks & Recreation Dept. staff. Peterson Park is located at 3700 Cleveland Heights Blvd., and the Lake Bonny Park is located at 800 Bartow Rd., both in Lakeland, Florida.
